ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE. I DO NOT PROCESS CASH REFUNDS. However, if something were to happen to your piece during transport or within 10 days of your purchase, damaged earring returns will be accepted and I will gladly remake you a new pair of the same style and send them out ASAP. For further investigation and quality control purposes, we do ask that you send back the damaged earrings with a return label that provided to you. ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. We do not have the obligation to accept order cancellations once an order has been placed & payment has been completed.
Once an order is placed in "In-transit" status, we no longer hold responsibility for that order and you must contact USPS directly for any lost or stolen packages. We are not obligated to replace/refund/provide store credit in the case of a lost or stolen package.
